Chef Chris Park Chef Chris began his career as an apprentice under two Four Star/Four Diamond French Chefs, through whom he learned Classic French Cuisine. At a very young age, he worked at various award-winning restaurants around the Greater Philadelphia area including Silver Creek Country Club, where he earned the title Sous Chef. Chef Chris initially made his way West to Park City, Utah where he was the Executive Chef for the Alta Hotel Group before going to earn the title Tree Room Executive Chef for Robert Redford’s Sundance Resort. While at Sundance, he was awarded Four Diamond Status, Forbes 4 Star Status, Best of State, Wine and Spectator Award of Excellence and a perfect rating on Open Table. Before coming to Crested Butte, Chris was Executive Chef at Stillwater Cove, an elite resort for North Lake Tahoe’s most affluent residents, and Executive Chef for Mt. Rainier National Park, where he oversaw 300 employees and two hotels.
