Pork Tenderloin With Gorgonzola White Wine Sauce

Pork Tenderloin With Gorgonzola White Wine Sauce Recipe

My SIL recently prepared this recipe and it was such a hit with the family (especially the young neices and nephews). Do not add the cheese/butter mixture to the sauce until almost ready to serve. The sauce can be re-heated but it does tend to separate. Delicious on steak or veggies.
